🔹 Position: Office Administrator
🔹 Industry: Retail (Luxury Brands)
🔹 Location: Sheikh Zayed, Egypt

➡️ Key Responsibilities:
- Office Setup & Support: Ensure the smooth daily operation of the Sheikh Zayed office.
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, meetings, and internal communications.
- HR Support: Assist the HR team in coordinating employee-related logistics and documentation.
- Finance Alignment: Coordinate with the finance team regarding the administrative budget and related expenses.
- Supplies & Inventory: Handle procurement and manage office inventory.
- Staff Oversight: Supervise and manage office boys to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Coordination: Liaise with various departments and external vendors to ensure seamless workflow.

💡 Skills Required:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience in a media production house or marketing agency is a plus
