Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Maadi, Egypt

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Manage schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks for senior management.
Handle correspondence, reports, and documentation in English and Arabic.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Implement and improve office procedures and policies.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in office management or administrative role.
Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken) are a must.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
