Operations Manager At PÀO

 

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our family.

Location: Beverly Hills El Sheikh Zayed

Position Summary:

The Operations Manager will be instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day operations of branches. This role demands a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, strong leadership abilities, and a focus on maximizing efficiency and profitability. We are particularly interested in candidates who bring experience from the coffee industry, as this background offers valuable insights into inventory management of perishable goods, quality control processes, efficient service workflows, and staff training methodologies that can be readily applied to our bubble tea operations.


Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise all branches' activities, ensuring adherence to company standards to boost sales and timely report preparation.
- Track Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales across outlets, collaborating with branch teams to meet sales targets.
- Manage branch facility maintenance and upkeep.
- Monitor inventory levels, reduce waste, and manage costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and workplace safety.
- Implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct performance reviews, offer feedback, and coach employees for success.
- Develop and oversee budgets, analyze financial reports, and enhance profitability.
- Exceed sales targets, monitor market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of management experience in multi-unit operations management within the food and beverage industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in POS systems and relevant software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
