 Vacancy: Procurement Specialist

Location: District 5

Part of the duties/responsibilities:
- Handle the procurement of materials, equipment, and services related to facility management and the IT department.
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.
- Monitor and coordinate with relevant departments to meet purchasing needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in procurement operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or any related field.
- 2-3 years of experience.
