Work Location: 10th of Ramadan City.Responsibilities:
· Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
· Posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
· Conducting initial screenings of job applicants
· Scheduling interviews and coordinating interview logistics
· Ensuring that new hires complete all necessary paperwork
· Assisting with onboarding activities for new employees
Requirements:
· A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
· 2+ years of Experience in and knowledge of the recruitment process.
· Knowledge of employment legislation and practices.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of HR resources and tools.
