🧠 What We're Looking For:
✔️ 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
✔️ Strong analytical and communication skills
✔️ Proficiency in business process analysis and documentation
✔️ Familiarity with SDLC and data analysis tools
✔️ Sector experience in Government, Tourism, or Banking is a big plus
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or related field
