"Treasury Supervisor "Responsibilities:
• Seeking and finalizing Loans and other financial administrative work
• Preparing cashflow for dealing with external financial institutions
• Monitoring and managing the organization's bank relationships and liquidity management
• Analyzing various scenarios and risks and reporting to CFO
• Forecasting of medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements (if applicable)
• Daily cash management
• Debt facilities management (if applicable)
• Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies
• Preparing management reports
• Supporting the month end process where necessary
• .
Job Requirements
• 8 years of experience.
• Experience managing a Treasury Function
• Real estate back ground is must
• Understanding and experience of treasury accounting, cashflow and various financial instruments
• Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants
• Appropriate handling
• Excellent time management and organizational ability
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
• Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties
• Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages
