Responsibilities:
handling governmental tasks and visiting locations such as the telephone central office and the company's offices and branches
Assist the department head in planning and executing strategies of the branches
Prepare and analyze administrative reports to provide data support for decision-making.
Manage branches budgets and cost control.
Help the department head handle daily work and meeting arrangements.
Proficient in such Microsoft Office applications as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Good organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
Possess excellent communication skills and a team spirit.
Able to efficiently handle administrative and organizational tasks.
Possess outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
Able to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
able to work overtime, having time flexibility
Qualifications:
Experience or background at Administration Field
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
English
Graduated only
