Responsibilities:
1-Reviews and maintains employee personnel files and ensures that they are completed and comply with labor & social insurance laws.
2-Maintain records of personnel-related data (employee database, vacation balance, etc.).
3-Coordinate all personnel activities with government authorities, such as the labor office and social insurance authorities.
4-Prepare HR letters and experience certificates upon request.
5-Responsible for annual renewals of contracts.
6-Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
Work condition:
Working hours: from 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Days off: Friday and Saturday
