Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills

• : Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills:

•  Ability to analyze situations, identify issues, and implement effective solutions quickly.

Knowledge of Transportation Regulations:

•  Familiarity with HOS rules, DOT regulations, and other relevant laws.

Software Navigation Proficiency:

•  Expertise in using dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, email, and other relevant computer applications.
• Stress Management and Composure: Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Customer Service Orientation:

•  Maintaining a professional and helpful attitude when interacting with customers and drivers.

Negotiation Skills:

•  Ability to negotiate rates with brokers or resolve conflicts.
• Work experience in Logistics (Preferable)
• Knowledge of logistics software or transportation management systems (Preferable)
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrate assertiveness and decisiveness
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Excellent Data Entry skills
• BSc in Supply chain management, Logistics or relevant field (Preferable)
• English Fluency is a must (both verbal and written).
• Internet Speed must be at least 70mbps (download).
• Laptop/ PC Specs:Processor Core i5 or higher
