Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to sales and administrative activities.
- Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Support the preparation and execution of sales presentations and proposals.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to fulfill client orders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and sales processes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years and up to 7 years of experience in administrative and/or sales support roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems and sales support tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
