Location: Leven Square (New Cairo, located at 2FWP+F6J, Salah El Din Abdel Karim, New Cairo 1)
Start Date: 26 December

About the Position:

• UK e-commerce store
• Handle customer enquiries via live chat and email, assisting with product questions, order tracking, and resolving complaints
• Guide customers through the ordering process including impression kits and digital scan submissions, escalating clinical questions to the UK team
• Maintain accurate CRM records and meet response time and satisfaction targets

Job Requirements

• English fluency is a must (B2 or higher)
• Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in an office environment.
• Previous Customer Service Experience is a Plus.
