Job Description
- Coordinate and support daily sales operations, ensuring timely follow-up on client inquiries and requests.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project progress using CRM tools.
- Liaise with internal teams, including project management and marketing, to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Schedule and organize virtual meetings, calls, and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor and track sales leads, updating pipeline reports and providing regular status updates to management.
- Support account managers in onboarding new clients and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, analytics, and performance metrics as required.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Respond promptly to client queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Job Requirement
- Up to 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a related administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines remotely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
