Outcomes You’ll Own
  • Book qualified appointments consistently from warm inbound leads and follow-ups
  • Drive fast response times and clean, professional lead handling
  • Follow up relentlessly (without being desperate) until the lead converts or is clearly dead
  • Keep CRM spotless — notes, tags, outcomes, and next actions updated daily
  • Hit weekly KPIs and improve them month over month
Day-to-Day
  • Call/text/WhatsApp/email warm leads within SLA
  • Qualify prospects using our framework (needs, budget, timeline, fit)
  • Overcome objections and book appointments with confidence
  • Track conversations and outcomes in [CRM]
  • Attend daily huddles, coaching, and call reviews
  • Collaborate in Slack (fast communication is non-negotiable)
What You Bring
  • RequiredProven phone-based sales / appointment setting experience (B2C or B2B)
  • Strong spoken English + confident phone presence
  • High activity tolerance (you can handle volume without dropping quality)
  • Comfortable with CRMs, Slack, and basic tech troubleshooting
  • Reliable setup: quiet workspace, stable internet, headset

  • Nice to Have
  • Experience in aesthetics, medical spas, dentistry, wellness, or high-ticket services
  • Experience working UK/US time zones and remote teams

Compensation (Transparent)
  • $7/hour base (USD)
  • $5 commission per appointment booked (commission applies to appointments that meet our “qualified appointment” criteria — shared during onboarding)
  • Your earnings increase directly with performance. No politics, no guessing.
