Description     As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for a team of call handlers, maximising team performance through coaching and performance management, in order to achieve team and business objectives and meeting all regulatory timeframes from complaint handling. You will be responsible for identifying improvements and efficiencies to improve the end to end customer journey. With responsibility for a team of advisors, a passion for leading and delivering results through others is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for a current Team Leader to further their knowledge. Individual requirements: Previous Experience of managing a Team is essential, specifically in a call centre. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with drive and enthusiasm who is able to demonstrate core leadership principles. The individual must be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and individual performance. 
Qualifications     motivator, coach, organiser and a good communicator. It is the Team Leader’s responsibility to review performance, provide feedback and coach the Agents that they are responsible for. The Team Leaders need to ensure that the Agents are able to reach the targets set for them and that they develop the necessary skills and competencies. A Team Leader role in a call centre is critical because it is they who will be the main influence on how the individual Agents in their team perform and therefore how overall the centre achieves its targets. Each individual performance is combined to achieve the overall centre performance, so where several individuals may not be achieving their performance target, then this will have an impact on the overall centre.
