Description Raise purchase orders from MRP system ensuring timely placement and delivery of components in line with production planning requirements. Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to suit production planning requirements. Coordinate of production material from purchasing department as needed in support of established production requirements in a JIT environment. Interact with production planner and sales to understand demand forecast drivers Use and maintain MRP data & BOM as the primary planning system tool. Assist in all inventory activities. Create and maintain planning reports.
Qualifications BSC in engineering, preferably in production or industrial engineering.

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills MRP experience is essential · Strong analytical ability to comprehend inventory levels and control. Strong computer skills (Microsoft, Excel, Access,) Experience of statistical reporting, forecasting and understanding of financial and operational impacts of forecasting. Experience in a manufacturing environment and have worked with ERP systems.
