Description 1. Achieving the monthly sales in and sales out targets for the assigned area and distributors. 2. Achieving the distribution and coverage objectives by brand as per company objectives. 3. Management of distributors relationship including handling objections. 4. Achieving the collection targets as per the payment terms. 5. Monitoring the stock and managing the distributor working capital and controlling the distributor investment. 6. Monitoring calls, provide feedback to reps and assist reps on sales %. 7. Assisting the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives, encourages and train the sales team and managing the daily operation to achieve the company goals.
Qualifications •Bachelor Degree commerce •very good English Language

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
