Description — Design, program and test enhancements and new features for the product line. — Maintain the product set by investigating, designing and implementing fixes to customer-reported defects. — Participate in architecture and design efforts affecting the current and future technical direction of the product line. — Participate in the development of product functional specifications from time to time.
Qualifications 4-5 Years Experience in developing point of systems using Java or.net. Strong object-oriented software design abilities are essential to this position.

Other Skills Must have the ability to work independently and to communicate ideas and concepts to upper management. Demonstrable software architecture and design experience. o Demonstrable experience with core J2SE 1.6 or higher. o Experience building web applications employing the MVC architecture and using SPRING 2.5. o Experience with HTML, JavaScript, JSP, and AJAX o Working knowledge of SQL, Stored Procedure programming and database schema. o Experience with state-of-the-art database technologies is required. Experience with Sybase a plus. o Experience with Apache ANT and Cruise Control is a plus. o Experience with Data Marts, and data warehouse ETL is a plus. o Ability to write Batch Files (Windows) and/or Shell scripts (Linux)
