Description oTo develop the helpdesk process to ensure excellent speedy customer service. oEnsures availability of servers to support operational needs of the judiciary. oAnalyzes hardware and software for acquisition and applies fixes and patches to the servers. oAnalyzes system failures and executes procedures to restore operations. oMonitors server performance and anticipates needed changes to optimize performance. oDesigns and tests configurations necessary for new applications, new technology or enhanced performance. oDeveloping documentation, including user guides oAbility to control shares security +Network Administration experience is preferable
Qualifications •At least three years of experience in Systems Administration •Windows 2003 Domain Controller •Exchange server 2003 •MOM server is a plus •ISA server is a plus •VERITAS net backup is a plus •Microsoft SMS is a plus •Symantec AV is a plus •SQL server and Oracle DB Administration is a plus •MCSE is a plus •Linux knowledge is a plus •Hp Servers.
