Description —Analyze the Coaching / Training needs of the agents & support them in delivery. —Create an effective learning environment to maximize the learner experience and transfer of skills. —Plans, organizes, and administers the prescribed curriculum to clients. —Facilitates day-to-day classes to assist clients in gaining knowledge and soft-skills needed to secure employment. —Maintains close communication with staff members. —Provides job search/career information workshops and presentations as needed. —Facilitates career counseling, evaluation, skills training, job readiness training and other activities related to employment transition for deaf individuals. —Maintain necessary documentation for client records and billing. —Designing content for training programs. —Identifying training needs of client organizations. —Providing consulting to client organizations in the areas of process improvement and HR development. —Follow up with clients and sending out training proposals. —Develop Action plans and report out the improvement process in business reviews.
Qualifications • 6-9 years of experience in corporate training, experience with Cement or steel industries is a big plus. • Excellent communication skills - both spoken as well as written - a must. • Exposure to international business cultures will be a big plus. • Should be able to design, develop and deliver training programs independently. • Should be flexible and be able to succeed in an unstructured environment. • Should be open to playing multiple roles and be a part of an open team of high achievers. • Exposure to having worked in a consulting environment / organization is an added
