Description Receiving incoming calls and providing technical support to ADSL problems. ADSL Troubleshooting and fixed line issue. Ensuring that all ADSL support calls and tickets are logged correctly. Responsible for wired and Wireless router configuration and troubleshooting.
Qualifications Have a strong verbal customer handling, Communication skills and able to work on shift basis. Understanding of POP3/SMTP/FTP/HTTP/ DNS Protocols (Must) and DNS basic structure and operation (preferred not must). Understanding of PPP session Establishment. Understanding of the Internet and how it functions. Have Basic knowledge in different OS like Win XP, Vista ,Win7, Win8 (Must) & Linux (preferred, but not required). CCNA Certified (Must) and Understanding Networking & TCP/IP Protocols. The Minimum English level required is Very Good.
