Description 1) Handle out bound and inbound calls in order to provide the needed medical guidance and consultation for the patients. 2) Handle emergency in bound calls, and offer the needed medical support and guidance. 3) Answers inquiries & fulfilling requests . 4) Handle client complains, resolves problems. 5) Maintains patients updated data records. 6) Following operational guidelines and procedures checklist.
Qualifications 1. Bsc. Of Medicine or Pharmacy 2. 1-3 years of experience 3. 1-2 Years of experience in a medical insurance company would be an asset. 4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office package. 5. Very good command of English ( written & spoken) 6. Excellent communication & problem solving Skills. 7.Flexible with rotational shifts (9 working hours /shift).

Salary (L.E.) Negotiable
