Description —Implement an expansion plan for outdoors signage, with both branding and directional signage in mind. —Oversee development of art work for outdoors signage. —Oversee coordination for production and installation of outdoor signage. —Coordinate with internal clients for visits to inspect current locations and investigate new ones. —Implement rollout plan for production and installation of branches signage for existing and new locations. —Supervise maintenance of all signage. —Supervise &implement events in coordination with different suppliers. —Negotiate with different publications, channels and agencies for media booking. —Manage & coordinate daily activities both externally with suppliers and internally with the different departments. —Supervise production of print material, ensuring that they are within the specifications & timelines agreed upon. —Prepare and maintain project documentation (project plan, status reports, review forms, regulatory and legal paperwork, purchase orders, etc‡) in an orderly fashion. —Ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
Qualifications Experience & Skills Required • 2 – 3 years’ experience in the field of marketing communication • Experience must be within the field of outdoors & production (preferably printing) • Good negotiation skills • Ability to work smoothly with different kinds of suppliers • Good communication skills • Willingness to be on the road most of the time • Ability to travel within different governorates within Egypt • Good computer skills
