Description — Maintains proper workshop loading & co-ordination between groups & workshop zones. — Controls the job flow inside workshop. — Conducts regular car checklist evaluation. — Ensures that customers vehicles are fixed right 1st time by implementing the set quality procedures. — Ensures that customer vehicles are not damaged during repairs. — Ensures that repair estimates are reasonable. — Ensures high quality of vehicle washing prior the vehicle delivery. — Ensures that repairs are carried out as per request within promised delivery time & estimated cost. — Ensures that standards of customer satisfaction are met perfectly. — Ensures chief technicians are following quality control policy & procedures & is fully responsible for total service quality. — Ensures technicians are distributed in groups as per skills requirements. — Ensures the computerized & analysis reports are fully utilized for follow-up with technician to ensure the delivery in promised time.
Qualifications • Excellent computer and English Skills • Graduated from Faculty of Mechanical Engineering • Ensures that all service centers are operating smoothly according to company policy and procedures. • Strengthens service marketing activity in the area and increase number of units serviced, labor sales other sales through:- 1. Contracts with fleet users. 2. Local campaigns. 3. Suggest national campaigns. • Improves service center productivity through :- 1. Proper utilization of facilities. 2. Implementation of fix it right program.
