Description - Develop and update the strategy, goals and targets of the Project Development department. - Develop milestones and plans for the Project Development department to achieve its goal. - Develop the annual budget for the Project Development department - Manage the implementation of the strategic initiatives, as applicable to Project Development, and communicate expectations to all individuals within the department. - Manage the implementation and improvement of the Project Development guidelines, policies and procedures - Assist the property development operations head in evaluating and planning for new development projects by allocating suitable assets, services and resources. - Evaluate proposed/identified development projects and plan for new development projects by allocating relevant resources (Land). - Initiate and manage a comprehensive research on companies - Assist the property development operations head in conducting an upfront clear and effective joint venture planning - Assist the property development operations head in identifying the Scope of development projects in a sufficient way - Assist the property development operations head in the process of risks identification and mitigation - Assist the property development operations head in performing a financial analysis. - Assist the property development operations head in Identifying joint venture agreements failure and success factors.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Development, or a related field (Master’s Degree is preferred) with a minimum of 8 years of related experience. - Management-level experience is required (2 + years). - Considerable knowledge of project development. - Proficiency in both English and Arabic Languages.
