Requirements
Supervises and fully trains new Accounts payable joiners on Accounts Payable , Accounts Receivables and AGIS modules
Responsible of Validates all accounts Payable invoices, and cash transactions
Handles payroll related other payments, and review calculation (i.e. salaries tax, social insurance and labor emergency fund)
Reconciles Suppliers balance, and ensures duly settlement of prepayment
Handles General Ledger entries including accruals, LGs, interbank transfers
Helps preparing accounts Payable documents for external auditors, and answering their queries
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Knowledge of accounts receivable
Knowledge of office administration and procedures
Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
Proficient in MS office applications such as excel, word, etc.
Previous exposure to oracle financials desirable
Minimum of 3 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
Attention to detail and accuracy
Interpersonal skills
Good communication skills
Organizational skills
Information management
Problem-solving skills
