Description —Monitors representatives performance and gives timely feedback and communicates results to ensure standards are met. —Works with representatives to establish action plans to meet sales, retention and partner product goals. —Coordinates and reviews work of assigned staff to ensure policy and procedures are followed accurately. —Takes escalated customer calls from representatives and may provide backup to sales branch manager. —Learns and maintains a working knowledge of product information. —Engages in other projects as assigned. —May develop processes and procedures for department. —Prepares reports and documentation concerning departmental activities. —Participates in the establishment of department goals and implements procedures and performance standards to achieve these goals; manages, coordinates, monitors and evaluates the activities of teams directly.
Qualifications •Professional Selling Skills: Approaching a customer in a prepared and planful way to make a sale. •Developing Others: Fostering the development and learning of others. Expending extra effort to set clear expectations and context, provide feedback, coach and identify developmental experiences for others. •Negotiating: Using negotiation techniques to drive towards win/win outcomes that build customer and Union Group profitability. •3 Cs: Analyzing and leveraging data on the 3 Cs (Customers, Consumers, and Competitors) to develop winning customer propositions and sound commercial plans. •Interpersonal: Leverage individual and cultural diversity, build relationships •Communication: Faster open communication, write effectively •Motivation: Drive for results •Self-Management: Adaptability, inspire trust, career and self-development •Bachelor degree and MBA is a plus •2+ years of experience
