Description The position is within Dr. Ibrahim El-Sherbinys research group with wide interdisciplinary exposure. The research conducted involves a wide range of skills from chemical modification of polymers for different purposes, developing new smart nanostructures (nanoparticles, nanofibers, nano-scaffolds, etc‡) for various biomedical (mainly controlled drug delivery, tissue engineering, and stem cell research), biotechnological and environmental applications (mainly, wastewater treatment, and water desalination), nanotechnology, and heterogeneous catalysis.
Qualifications Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Nanomaterials, Polymers, Material Science, Pharmaceutics or a related field. They will be evaluated according to their research experience, including fit of research area to the position requirement, and their publications record.Required Documents: • Letter of intent. • Detailed C.V. including full publication list. • Brief statement of a research career plan (not more than 1 page)
