Major Job Responsibilities
Work closely with Director and/or Producers, refining and realizing original ideas into finished programs
Make careful preparations in order to ensure the success of assigned program
Have a clear creative vision of the project, and what materials are required to achieve it
Cover for Director in a multi camera shoot from the Gallery, under considerable time pressures to produce smooth running programs
Ensure all staff, equipment’s & any other relevant components of programs are available for transmission and Provide crew members with accurate instructions and directions
Ensure that studio and assigned shifts operate within a clearly defined standards and policies
And that MBC's technical standards are maintained at all times
Responsible of Issuing order to go live and monitor the live broadcasting process and give clear and coherent directions to staff when being on air
Required Knowledge , Skills, Abilities:
Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication & Journalism or any other relevant position In Media or journalism
Experience on TV studio operations
Experience on TV visual and audible presentation.
Experience in TV technologies and tools such as lighting, shooting, videoing, editing, floor management and Auto-cuing
