Description 1-Responsible for commercial matters on concessions, including economic and quantitative analysis. 2- Responsible for assisting in drafting and analyzing contracts and agreements for the concessions. 3- Support new business development activities, including conducting negotiations with potential partners within approved parameters. 4-Represents the company towards our clients as well as Oil Companies and Partner companies in negotiations upon his superiors request. 5- Leads multifunctional project teams including tax, finance, legal, controlling and technical in order to perform in-depth analyses of contracts and agreements or business development opportunities. 7-Generates business opportunities through maintaining good industry contacts.
Qualifications 1-University degree (Business, Engineering or Law Degree). 2-6-10 years experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in commercial -upstream business. 3- Very good command of English in all areas. 4-Very high communication skills (Oral and Written). 5-Ability to work with team members of different cultures and backgrounds 6-Ability to lead and inspire team members with enthusiasm towards meeting tasks and objectives. 7-Ability to work under stress and to meet challenging deadlines.
