Description 1.Monitor and control financial results and analyze them in comparison with budgeted figures to report & explain variances to the cluster controller. 2.Monitor plant cost accounting including maintenance of standards, split and analysis of manufacturing variances, tracking of fixed cost spending, variance analysis & pass back 3.Support the Budget owners in ensuring proper allocation/recording of expenses 4.Monitor plants fixed assets in order to ensure their optimal performance level, manage depreciation calculation. 5.Manage plants inventory in order to ensure their optimal performance level, manage and audit transactions, in accordance to Approved processes, and update processes when needed to ensure optimal performance 6.Control savings and review payback calculations for Productivity projects and Appropriation Requests. Provide financial input for AR preparation 7.Monitor and Support Business development processes in new products studies including NPDs IBRs calculation 8.Manage and support in the Launch of NPDs Process in regards to Costing and MFG/SAP Cycle.
Qualifications bachelor commerce. 2- Works in the food industry (FMCG). 3- Has good experience cycle documentary accounting. 4- Maintain a standard cost system, analyzing cost variances and preparing reports, analytical of product cost as well as conducting physical inventories

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills 1-analyze direct and indirect costs ,determine whether its fixed or variable costs, and allocate them according to the best available cost driver and cost base whether. 2- Good ability to work under pressure. available cost driver and cost base whether. 3- Good ability to work under pressure. 4- Leadership skills. 5-reporting skills 6.Work on a program SAP
