Description We are seeking talented, highly motivated candidate with extensive knowledge of the mortgage, real estate and property investment business worldwide & its fundamentals-Manage strategic/dynamic asset(s) allocation service,with the goal of identifying & delivering better investment solutions. Successful candidate will be responsible of the management, purchase, sale, or leasing of land and property, as well as valuing and surveying property. He may act as an agent, broker or auctioneer during a sale and may also carry out contract negotiations between landlords and tenants. -Valuing properties by applying expert knowledge and awareness of the local property market;taking accurate measurements of sites and premises. -Assessing the impact of a major development in terms of economic viability and environmental impact. -Purchasing land and securing funding.
Qualifications -Experience in retail, residential or other property markets and a strong understanding of macro and micro factors that affect these markets. -A work history in retail, residential or other property markets and a strong understanding of macro and micro factors that affect these markets is essential. -A degree in economics, urban property, commerce, statistics, demography or related disciplines will be highly regarded. -Knowledge of statistics/probability. -Knowledge of Microsoft office package and research tools -Strong interest in finance and economics -Strong quantitative, analytic, and communication skills -Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. -Well-developed property and economic research skills Strong analytic and Excel competency and experience in economic/financial modeling.

Other Skills -A proactive approach, using initiative and bringing creative and innovative thinking to projects, processes and problem solving. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, to priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
