Description Lead and supervise the agricultural, industrial, service and franchise departments to enhance MEs competitiveness. Develop the sector annual work plans and reports; Coordinate the sector activities at the central and regional level; Monitor the sector progress using the results-based management approach; Participate in the development and implementation of the non financial services strategy ; Coordinate the sector activities among SFD international & national development partners (Donors ,UN agencies, national authorities , NGOs, and local administration); Identify new initiatives ,develop proposals for funding and prepare terms of references as needed; Facilitate the complementary between the non financial service and financial services offered to SFD targeted SMEs;
Qualifications University graduate with focus on business administration, commerce or relevant studies. Master or Ph.D. degree will be an asset. At least 20 years of related practical experience in field of private sector development; At least 5 years experience in project management (s) funded by international development organizations in the field of SMEs development ; Extensive knowledge in the field of business development services in the Egyptian context ; Proven experience in synergy among international and national institutions. Very good experience in the management of complex institutional environment involving government, national institutions, international development agencies, private sector and local authorities. Results-Based Management application. Leadership; Strong management skills including supervisory skills, team management, organizational ability, problem solving and coaching. Strong inter-personal and communication skills ;
