Description 1.Greet and attend bookstore customers & provide reception and answer queries 2.Make order in customers name 3.Sell books to customers 4.Operate the cash register and other bookstore equipments 5.Take periodical inventory 6.Order and maintain books, magazines and other bookstore supplies. 7.Arrange and display books on shelves and counters 8.Attach price tags on books before display 9.Organize books according to defined categories (children books, travel, fiction, non-fiction) 10.Maintain and update bookstore database 11.Keep maintenance within the bookstore 12.Provide high quality services to customers 13.Maintain long term relationships with other bookstore clerk, customers and members of community. 14.Load and unload merchandise and verify invoices. 15.Make refunds, handle forms such as invoices, journal vouchers, book vouchers and catalog orders 16.Solve customer complaints. 17.Perform general office procedure and practices 18.Perform related tasks if required
Qualifications 2-3 years in the same field and industry Good communication skills & Customer service skills Interpersonal competences and professional appearance Team player , Supervisory ability , Diplomatic, calm and patient
