Description As a Business Development Engineer, you will be contacting major developers and architectural consultants, and you will be responsible of designing and presenting projects for them. You will also be expected to reach a target of sales. *Please use the job code while applying for the vacancy* Duties: -Quoting and managing the full cycle ordering process for all his/her projects. - Meet with clients and provide product consultation. -Working with trade professionals and their clients, to design and quote projects. -Outstanding organizational skills required to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple projects. -Prepare and ensure the customer is provided all the necessary warranties and instruction manuals upon the completion of the job. -Communicate and follow up with clients to ensure highest level of customer service and satisfaction. -Prepare installation files and ensure they are well communicated with the installation team.
Qualifications Candidates will need the following key skills and attributes: -Hold a degree of Engineering, or Architecture. -Have good command of Autocad. -Good understanding of residential construction and interior and exterior finishing materials and techniques. -Excellent communications and presentation skills -Customer service skills - ability to build a good rapport with our long standing customer base -Responsible, organized and professional - someone who takes pride in their work -Good attention to detail and conscientious in your work -Experience of working with and managing sub-contractors, surveyors and fitters -Experience in dealing with customer complaints -Previous product ordering and procurement experience -capable of conducting market research and of using earned marketing techniques
