Description Receive clients calls & E-mails. — Working on the Archibus system and create the work requests. — Forward the clients request to the related department. — Track the work requests until completion and follow up with client — Complete the preventive maintenance work orders on the system. — Collect the clients data. — Monitoring the problems in each project and forward it to the relevant department — Training — The incumbent will be assigned special task to conduct a training course expected that these will be delivered to his/her best ability and within agreed timelines
Qualifications Excellent command of English (Spoken and Written) Good communication skills Team work spirit
