Description Participate in formulating the company corporate & business strategy to ensure HR strategy alignment Formulate and oversee implementation of the HR strategy & annual plan to maximize human capital value added Design and oversee implementation & continuous improvement of HR Management Systems to achieve HR alignment to companys overall strategic directions including; organization structure, core competencies, corporate culture, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, human relations, communication, personnel, and all retention systems. Develop and oversee implementation of the company HR annual plan and budget to maximize resources utilization and alignment Follow-up, direct, Appraise, Train & develop, and provide the needed support to HR staff to assure the proper design, implementation, and improvement of HR systems. Coordinate with departments heads and provide the needed support and technical assistance to ensure compliance with HR systems and alignment. Design and ensure maintaining and improvement of information system to support decision making process, functional evaluation, control, and alignment. Pursue any other activities within the job scope assigned by his direct supervisor.
Qualifications -Bachelor’s Degree/Masters degree Preferred 3-5 years Experience in Real Estate is preferred
