Description 1. Support investment banking engagements, including: financial modeling; comparable company transaction multiple or deal structure analyses to support deal positioning, negotiation and execution. 2. Assist in the preparation of memoranda, presentation materials, and marketing materials. 3. Maintain financing source, investor or client databases to create efficiencies in the deal marketing and execution process and other databases used in the deal marketing and execution process. 4. The position requires interaction with clients and referral sources-external (prospective customers) and internal (various Bank personnel) contacts to perform responsibilities.
Qualifications 1. Bachelors degree in Finance, business administration, economics, or accounting. Seeking a masters degrees or the CFA certification is considered an advantage. 2. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint) is a MUST 3. 1-2 years of experience
