Description — Achieve key performance indicators (KPI) targets. — Review Daily Reports through shifts. — Achieve Production Plan according to the annual operating plan (AOP). — Lead the Process Team through trainings and instructions to achieve KPIs. — Apply Safety & Hygiene Standards to ensure personnel and equipment safety. — Minimize cost through decreasing material and direct costs. — Responsible for achieving results for the external audits. — Coordination with the Maintenance Department to fix any problem related to the equipments. — Minimize waste ” to maintain efficiency of operations. — Follow Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP)
Qualifications • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (preferably chemistry, production, mechanical, electrical )• 5- 7 years experience in production lines • Lean manufacturing and Total productive maintenance knowledge
