Description -Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs -Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of services -Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary targets for the agents to achieve. -Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. -Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. -Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. -Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
Qualifications -University degree. -Good command of English either spoken or written. -Microsoft Office knowledge in both English & Arabic -Able to motivate, develop and direct people as they work. -Able to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems -Hard worker with the ability of handling multiple tasks with same quality. -Self-organized & team player. -Excellent communication skills. -Excellent knowledge of the property market. 3-5 years of experience in same position is a must.
