Description - Advising customers with best property suit their needs & budget, this needs an excellent knowledge of the local property market and their experience of property pricing to find homes that match clients needs & budget. - Provide Clients with details of properties that fit their requirements in terms of price, size and location. - Offer clients a selection of properties available for sale and arrange visits to view the properties. - Advise clients on prices that they feel sellers might consider, and contact the seller with details of any offers. - Keep buyers informed, letting them know when buyers have accepted their offer and updating them on the progress of negotiations and contracts.
Qualifications - University degree. - Good command of English either spoken or written. - Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with clients from a wide range of backgrounds. - Excellent negotiators and mediators to help clients agree to terms - Excellent knowledge of the property market in their area and be familiar with local facilities schools, shopping and mass transportation so that they can provide their clients with the information they need to make decisions - Excellent marketing skills to enable them to present a persuasive picture of a property, in person and on paper.

Other Skills - Excellent communication skills to deal with clients from a wide range of backgrounds. - Excellent presentation skills to deal with clients from a wide range of backgrounds addressing their needs. - Microsoft Office knowledge in both English & Arabic - Hard worker with the ability of handling multiple tasks with same quality. - Self-organized & team player. - Previous experience in same position is a must.
