Description -Manages each country and distributor like a business unit -Assigns new distributors and/or selling new categories to the distributors to increase the Company products penetration the AMEE region starting from the strategic countries -Monitorins the loading plan of the Company daily and providing the necessary data to be in details and to bring suggestions and take actions to maximize the shipments -Ensures appropriate levels of inventory at the distributors at all times versus sellout and accordingly preparing the optimum forecasting for the distributors -Ensures of collecting the stock and sales reports from the distributors monthly in order to make a consolidated data which can be used as a library for the future to monitor the trends of the market -Apply commercial and information management techniques (e.g., P&L analysis, , inventory management, ordering process, accounts receivable, etc.) to follow through and analyze results and take corrective action to maintain expected business results
Qualifications Bachelor Degree -Preferably FMCG background

Car owner Any
Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills -Plan, organize and manage own work to meet project goals -Able to set objectives and prioritize -Meet standards in terms of quality timeliness, and budget document and communicate issues and schedule -Manage a basic functional process
