Description Sales Executive Job Purpose: Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. Sales Executive Job Duties: Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions. Makes telephone calls and in person visits and presentation to exiting and prospecting customers. Develops clear and effective written proposals /quotations for current and prospective customers. Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and scans Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Prepare sales actions plans and schedule. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops. Reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Prepare sales action plans and schedules . Prepare and send sales documents. Including quotations. Respond to inquiries which offer potential sales opportunities . Follow up on orders to ensure product made it on time. Follow-up for collection of payment.
Qualifications Job Requirements Skills/Qualifications/conditions: •Minimum two years experience at sales outdoor. •Must own car •Presentation Skills •Perfect in Microsoft office (Word – Excel – Power Point – Outlook) •Internet user •Client Relationships •Emphasizing Excellence •Energy Level •Negotiation skills •Prospecting Skills •Meeting Sales Goals •Creativity, Sales Planning •Independence •Motivation for Sales
