Description Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Senior Product Manager manages all aspects of marketing programs for specified product whether Faucets or Sanitary products. Designs, develops, and executes marketing strategies and directs advertising and promotional activities. His/Her activities are geared toward driving market share and enhancing profitability and revenues by fielding a combination of product and channel initiatives and viable pricing policy. — Assists the Marketing Manager in the preparation of annual marketing plans for assigned products. — Develop and implement marketing plans that are directed to achieve market objectives through: ” Performing a wide variety of activities like advertising, direct mailing, printing, events, trade shows, ‡etc. ” Working with advertising agencies to execute different marketing activities. ” Preparing displays, stands, and participates in fairs. — Develops a personal expertise on assigned product markets including a complete intelligence file on competitors products, pricing, field activity, and customer service channels of market distribution and end-user preferences. Become familiar with product materials, manufacturing, packaging, transportation and promotions. — Assess the established market distribution and strategy and recommend changes as necessitated by market and consumer preferences. — Assures that all important market intelligence is gathered and analyzed including a thorough understanding of customer needs, market trends, competitive strengths and weaknesses and market opportunities. — Analyzes factors such as pricing, distribution, and product performance. — Provides statistical reports of key research data and recommendations to management. — Analyze brand identity and consumer research data.
Qualifications • Four-year college degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing. • Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint in specific and other MS Office applications in general (Access is a big asset). • Fluent English. • Experience not less than 7 years
