Description *Assure that the policies and procedures of the shop are enforced. *Prepare the employee work schedule ensuring that the shop is properly manned to handle the customer load. *Establish shop cleanliness and appearance levels and make certain that the shop personnel maintain the facility to those established criteria. *Establish and monitor the product displays in the Shop. As appropriate, conduct sales of slow moving inventory including end-of-the year sales to reduce inventory levels during the off- season. *Develop plans to accomplish long and short-term goals for the shop. *Prepares report, summarizing findings and including recommendations for maintenance, repair, changes in operational procedures, and purchase requirements, and submits report to head office *Recruit, interview and hire sales clerks and third key personnel. *Maintains monthly operating reports that include statistics on store performance. *Prepare and conduct performance appraisals for associates *Take appropriate disciplinary action on employees, including making recommendations for termination, in accordance with company guidelines. *Ensures store-level compliance with company standards of safety and security.
Qualifications Excellent Internet and computer skills. Excellent in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent researches skills Arabic (Mother Tongue) English (Very Good in Speaking and writing)
