Description — Welcoming new clients through professional welcoming business calls and establish good long term relationship with potential ones. — Handle the customer and their donations in a friendly, respectful manner by providing excellent customer service and a sense of urgency. — Following up with clients and confirming with them their donations amount and inform them which programs they can direct their donations to. — Respond to all queries daily and to donor complains in a safe, timely professional manner. — Performs accurate documentation and Promote the Foundations Programs and different activities
Qualifications • BA degree Holder in any Field • Min 1 year experience in similar position ( Having experience in sales, Marketing or call centers) • Excellent English is A MUST • Gender: Female • Ability to work under pressure. • Excellent communication & Problem solving skills • Excellent persuasion skills and ability to inspire customer & Follow Up continuously.
