Description Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Handles the day-to-day operations of Sales operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures Support Sales Operations Manager in preparation of Annual BP & OP detailed volume forecast based on historical trends, market organic growth, marketing calendar, distribution expansion and share gain. Prepare new initiatives annual volume forecast and pipeline filling based on estimated exit share. Prepare demand / consumption and distributors holding stocks to Primary targets to be supplied from the factory. Lead cross-functional communication with sales and marketing to develop effective sell-in strategies, collaborate to develop and implement sales programs and priorities. Monitor and follow up routine and non-routine trade activities in order to support the achievement of optimum performance. Responsible for the sales database primary and secondary reports, historical data, retail audit, efficiency report, etc.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business related field relevant experience in sales operations/ planning in the FMCG field Strong analytical skills Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Confident, self-starter able to work in a dynamic environment
