Description *Maintain 24/7 Plant manufacturing operation. Focus on safe, efficient, reliable maintenance and operation of equipment to ensure the production of quality products. *Execute all preset maintenance plans according to the predetermined schedule. *Receive the maintenance requests from operators for sudden breakdowns and take the proper fast measures required to repair them in a minimal time possible. *Deliver the machine to its operator after maintenance. *Ensure the place is left clean after finishing the maintenance work. *Publish the maintenance reports and updating the machines maintenance logbook. *Monitor the performance of machines & equipment after repairs have been carried out. *Determine the required tools & equipment needed for work and issues a purchasing request with it. *Work with vendors to source parts and to substitute OEM parts with more economical options, designing and testing improved parts. *Monitoring the tools and custodies delivered to his subordinates. *Approval for spare parts withdrawal requests. *Participate effectively in any project delegated to maintenance department. *Serves as a key resource for safety related issues with the goal of meeting/exceeding OSHA requirements for a safe workplace. *Provide leadership, coaching and direction to shift technicians in all aspects of their work.
Qualifications *BSC of Power Mechanics Engineering. *BSC of Power Electric Engineering. *BSC of electronic engineering or Mechatronics engineering
