Description Perform the frequent monitoring for the sales representative regarding the sales price, the compensations, contract return‡etc to ensure following the companys rules and also to ensure no deviation between the total bills and the money delivered to the treasurer. Perform the sales orders for the sold goods on the Oracle application to ensure the goods prices are the same with the price list for each bill. Perform release the sales order action on the Oracle to prove that the sales rep. has no custody left in his account. Perform any other actions on the Oracle application to ensure effective work cycle. Keep all check data in an external file in order to follow up and report in timely manner. Communicate with the HR employees regarding the new employees finger print, vacations, penalties, IDs‡etc,and legal affairs employees regarding the sales rep. shortages, advances‡etc. Perform regular monitoring on the branch custody employees like the treasurer and the store keeper to ensure effective work operations. Sign on permanent petty cash in coordination with the branch treasurer. Submit all needed reports (warehouse, goods, receivable reports‡etc) Performs any other duties with the same level of authority.
Qualifications Faculty of commerce – Accounting Section 2 – 3 years of experience in accounting. Fully awareness by the accounting standards. Good command of English language spoken and written. Excellent computer skills special in (Excel, Word, Access Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. Very good organization skills and well disciplined.
