Description prepare a detailed time plan for the project under construction - prepare the POQ for the projects - Analyze and study the offers coming from the contractors Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations — Using a range of computer packages for developing detailed designs — Undertaking complex and repetitive calculations — Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors — Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures — Resolving design and development problems — Managing budgets and project resources — Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries — Making sure the project complies with legal requirements — Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects — Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time — Working as a civil engineer you may be required to work Frequent visits to sites may also be necessary, — Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects. — Plan and design transportation or hydraulic systems and structures, following construction and government standards, using design software and drawing tools. — Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors to determine design specifications. — Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. — Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site. Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
Qualifications Education : BA. Degree in Engineering Experience : From 3 -5 years in a relevant field. Language Skills : Good Arabic & Good English. • Excellent attention to details & accuracy Computer Skills: Good ( Microsoft Office )
